I rest a lot and get a lot 0f pre cooked meals and paper plates so I waste less energy on cooking and dishes.

Sleep when you're tired, buy as many pillows as your bank account will allow you to, and do whatever you need to do to get even moderately comfortable. medication can help, as well as TENS therapy, pain relief cream/gel/patches, and heat or cold depending on your preference. TENS therapy or a lidocaine patch under a heating pad has been incredible, and gabapentin helped immensely with all my fibro symptoms

@PicklesTheCat a tens unit. It's a mild electric shock to the affected area. I want one for home so bad. I get massages from a man who is one of 3 people certified in NJ to give deep tissue massage with a tens unit . It's amazing

@PicklesTheCat TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. It's a little machine that sends teeny little electric zaps to gently stimulate muscles, kind of like a massage that runs on batteries

Go on Wish website. They have them there for a reasonable price.
