Dealing with Fibro pain and medication changes

Hey there, im looking to hear about how you handled having to try different medications to treat your Fibro pain. i just got off Cymbalta as i had a negative reaction to it And they put me on Prozac. I'm struggling becuase the pain isn't getting any better and it's been about a week.

I also have a big trip coming up where i will be in a big city with lots of walking and I'm terrified that i won't be able to handle it.

for a short term fix I just take 2 aleve in the morning and 2 at night with my docs permission.

I’ve not had either of those for my fibro, only for depression. What works best for me is gabapentin or pregabalin. I also use a lot of topical treatments, and find the Muscle Melt products from Dragontree Apothecary and the Spicy Ice from www.soap magic.com are the best for me and my pain.
