I'd like more information on how to manage fibromyalgia, preferably not medications, but I'll do almost anything to help. any tips?

Low impact exercise, walking, essential oils, sound healing, reiki, more of a holistic approach

I've been trying to do low impact exercises but I'm commenting to also get notified of other solutions!

Aerobics therapy, swimming, tai chi, yoga, soaking, walking, stretching.. these are just some that are always suggested however it depends on what you consider “manage” 😩 but I hope this helps.

Removing gluten and/or helps to reduce inflammation. Cutting out processed food and having a more natural diet per say has been a life saver for me. Ice and heat are very helpful as well as compression sleeves of any kind. Allow yourself ample rest, don't overdo it.
