I have issues with bras . If I wear one I am in so much pain come evening. So I changed to sports bras . Now I wear a tank if not going in public as a bra just something to help with concealing.

Yes very hard but lucky I have a husband and kids who understand and help me throughout my day.. if it wasn’t for them I don’t know how I could manage

you are very lucky I wish I had that kind of support some days I can do more but most days I can't I just feel so defeated by fibro I was hoping other people's point of views would help me understand better
