Dealing with Severe Foot Pain from Fibromyalgia

Anyone have severe aching/pain in their feet? Have you found anything that relieves it, besides massage? I've had fibro for 8 years & the only thing I've found to help is massage or pressure on my arches & recovery sandals. Some mornings it's so bad that I have to walk on the sides of my feet for about an hour. Anyone experience similar?

Have you been to a foot doctor? To have the tendons in your feet checked? Could be some kind of tendonitis. My feet hurt all the time. I'm overdue for the foot Dr. I know that the tendons in my feet are too tight.

In the meantime you could try to rub some type of salve into them. Icy hot, aspercreme, some type of CBD. Something to help you with the pain. Find something that brings you relief. ❤️
