Desperate for Fibromyalgia Flare-Up Tips

Hi, newbie here 👋👋 Currently in huge fibro flare up & I'm after some tips how other people cope & bring theirs to an end. I'm in week 3 now, my normal coping strategies aren't working (rest, hot water bottle, gentle stretches, clean eating, regular meds, CBD tincture, weighted blanket). I'm in pain all over but mainly my torso, neck & hips, I'm so fatigued & have the brain fog from hell! Getting desperate. Please help x

I consume a lot more water, sometimes having to take Zofran because it makes me nauseous combined with the pain. I also double up on my Turmeric and magnesium. Anti-inflammatorues on a continuous basis for 3 days. I also dim the lights and keep noise levels down as much as I can. Water therapy is a must, even if it's just soaking in a hot tub, like a jacuzzi. Hope something helps. We all usually have to try a lot of different things to see what works for us. Also, I make myself chat with family or friends every day, even for a few minutes...venting helps and listening to others takes my mind off my pain even if it's just for a little bit.

Much of the same for me, FMS & RA. I am a gluten free vegetarian & eat as organic as I can. It helps but not as much as I'd like. I've tried CBD, Delta 8, so many creams & rubs, just don't get it. I'm Reiki 1 & try to do that everyday.

I hope CBD does work for you, it usually does for me perhaps I'm being impatient. Give the oil sometime to work into your system, in the meantime have a read up on perhaps a topical CBD cream? I use it on my lower back if I've got to drive any distance. Got my fingers crossed for you. 🤞
