Fever and mouth sores with fibromyalgia?

does anyone else get fevers and sores in their mouth from fibromyalgia? I have tested negative for a panel of autoimmune diseases by a rheumatologist. I just want to know if they can be symptoms of FM

I've never heard of it to do that but everyone is different. Mouth sores are usually in lupus ppl which can take a long time to diagnose

yes! I have had it a couple of times. I had no idea that that could happen. I went and got checked for herpes! It came back negative and I was so confused until I learned that you can get sores there

When I get sores in my mouth I take L-lysine it heals in no time. Also rinsing in really warm salt water helps soothe the pain too.

Could be vitamin deficiency, hormonal imbalance, or histamine/allergy reaction.

I've been having pain for years and doctors just keep blowing me off. So I basically told my PCP someone at some point told me I have fibromyalgia and to do something about it. He ordered tests, therapy, and referrals to specialists. I finally got the ball rolling and have appointments to see specialists in a month or two. Be persistent! Read as much as you can on the internet and then ask your doctor about it. Make them give you answers. If they won't answer, ask to go to a specialist. I hope this helps.
