Struggling to Take Medication and Find Happiness

I have a very hard time taking pills. I had a tiny bit more luck with those that I can get the powder out of to put in food. I did have issues with that, though. I need help figuring out what may help me, though. I struggle to find happiness in anything but a romantic relationship. I have some things I enjoy, but barely. I'm in therapy, but it's mostly talk. Possibly DBT or stuff, but I'm not sure. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like it's my fault I can't keep a relationship. I want to get better so I can be better in a relationship and actually feel happiness with other things, too. Does anyone know anything?

Have you tried putting your head down as I'm chin to neck and the try swallowing versus look forward or head back? Putting your head forward almost always once the pill to b go down.
