Facial Hair with Fibromyalgia: Normal or Not?

Does anyone else (afab) with Fibromyalgia have an abundance of facial hair? Like beard and a bit of mustache? It's getting thicker and spreading up my cheeks. Not upset about it, just wondering if I should talk to my doctor about it again.

Oh geez.. Yeah I thought I could have that, but I'm not sure how doctors diagnose it, so I'm not sure if my old doctor looked for it. I'll definitely bring that up to my OBGYN next time I see her, thank you so much 🙌💕
