Has anyone with fibro ever dealt with eye discomfort when moving or rolling eyes? My eyes are suuuper dry and every time i look diagonally my heart kind of jumps out of my chest and I get a feeling of great discomfort. It's indescribable

I honestly just assumed it's because of all my tension headaches.
Yes, I had never thought it had anything to do with my fibro but now that you mention it, it's possible.
I’ve been having eye issues ever since i was having signs of fibromyalgia, they couldn’t quite figure it out, it was right before the pandemic. My eye sight alone has decreased, they are always dry and irritated. I hate chest pains but that’s a separate issue i think but it’s definitely a fibromyalgia symptom!!

@Sarahjean Certain medications can cause dry eye. Also, check out Sjogrens syndrome. ( yes that is the correct spelling)
@Mooey oh i will! I do also have weird chest feelings but i haven’t noticed a correlation
