I asked my PCP about rheumatology and we decided to wait and see how everything keeps going between him and pain management.

I was diagnosed 2 months after my rare Arthritis. Using blood tests and tender pints. My new Rheumatologist tested me and It is mostly on my left side. But my hands, and legs on both sides.

I’m my case, it was process of elimination. Blood tests showed it wasn’t RA, lupus, E-B, etc , so the rheumatologist said it’s fibro. I guess that’s the most common way to get a diagnosis.
