Struggling with Fibromyalgia and COVID-19

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year and after covid all my symptoms got much worse 😥 Do you have hot flashes our difficulty to maintain your body temperature?

huge problem for me. I had no idea too much water could be a problem. Dread showing because of all the different temperature changes and needs. Sleeping is almost impossible. I did just sign up to try the Embr Wave 2–somebody here said they had success with that. So I’m going to try.

Yes, and this problem used to be a lit worse. I try to make external temperature transitions as gradual as possible. Showers are a huge trigger for me. I use very warm water, then finish off with a few moments of tepid or cool water to transition to air temp. I dress in layers, starting with less, adding more as my body adjusts to.air temp after shower. Also.avoid temp extremes when possible. Humidity makes any temp worse for me.

Be careful you’re not drinking too much water because you will flush out all the minerals in your body and magnesium and potassium will increase increase your pain l 💕your pain level
