Fibromyalgia has completely changed my life, and I honestly couldn't tell you for better or for worse. I have found my circle of unconditional love and support persons. But I am still struggling to find quality of life. What are some things that improve your day? Sure, medications, exercise, food, etc. But what about the little things. A quote, a smell, a hobby, a person.

      Bullet Journaling has been a life changing hobby for me- and it keeps me from talking down to myself about my productivity level- I measure my progress so I can’t say I’m not doing enough. I’m doing a lot! As weird as this sounds, putting a focus on self-care personalized to what I like- I got a makeup/skincare subscription, started journaling more, spend more time with myself- that is something I really struggle with that’s very good for me that has changed my life the most. Indulging in expensive tea (trying lots of fancy samples) has been really fun and all the health benefits from the tea have been great for my skin and energy levels. Saying yes to myself more often. Saying no to other people more often.
