Burning Sensation on Hip Bone or Elbow with Fibromyalgia

I've been on my Fibro journey for 2 years now and I get this weird burning sensation on my hip bone or one of my elbows. It's internal but hot and painful. I don't talk about it much because it sounds strange but does anybody else experience this?

I had odd one last night with hips. My two cats always sit on my lap at night. Well, last night after a few hours I could NOT get up! They were locked… my legs were out in front of me and man frozen… painful!! Anyone ever have that happen?

My hips are the WORST. I’m not exactly sure why they just both get intense burning randomly throughout the day

Yep! I get them too. Mostly the sides of my lower legs. The first time I experienced it I was in public and started batting my legs in a panic because I thought they were on fire.
