I do the epson salt soak but a lot. I eventually have baths with it and stay as long as i can. Then lift my feet over night with pillows

I have fibromyalgia. I don't think I have feet issues besides tightness and nerve pain. I have worked part time for years. I decided to move forward in a different career for me to work more.

@MsDaisyMae if you don't mind me asking what you do for work now?

Two big questions. First off- what type of shoes are you wearing and do you need custom insoles? Secondly - what are you taking for your fibro, if you are willing to say. I've been dealing with fibro for years and may have some ideas to help

Do you think you could have plantar fasciitis or some thing like that?

I find my foot tms machine gets rid of all my aches they're sometimes sold as 'revitive' brand but mine is generic.

Some people with fibromyalgia have found relief from foot pain by wearing cushiony shoes, such as certain Nike sandals. Others have found that medications like Gabapentin and Lyrica can help with leg and foot pain. Some also suggest looking into conditions like plantar fasciitis or tendonitis as potential causes of the foot pain. Using salves like Icy Hot, Aspercreme, or CBD may provide temporary relief. Custom orthotic shoe inserts could also be an option.
