Dealing with Fibroids: Seeking Alternatives to Birth Control and Hysterectomy

Hi, I have a few small fibroids per my last sonogram about a year ago. Even though they few and small (according to the doctor) they are causing ALOT of bleeding almost like hemorrhaging. However I don't have any anemia or nothing significant came up nor high blood pressure. Also, the birth control she gave me made me terribly sick so she said I could stop. Every time I exercise it causes bleeding to start, or get worse, my bleeding really doesn't ever stop. I started taking ashwagandha and that seemed to help for a while and then stopped. I am now trying fish oil and green tea extract. I am looking for options and suggestions other than birth control or hysterectomy. I also want to stay away from the procedure that uses a catheter through your vein/artery? Any suggestions or helpful information would be amazing feeling hopeful, refusing to quit exercising since I need to lose weight, desperate for answers

I'm currently taking a medicine that keeps me from having periods. When I have periods with the fibroid I would have heavy periods when I was on birth control I got tired if being on the birth control cause that one week cause my period and fibroids. The pain was very bad that why I asked to stop with birth control . Surgery was never offered. Only a IUD was offered I didn't want that so they gave the pills to take.
