I get the feeling that my feet are always cold i found a hot bad help clam them down some

I just saw my primary Monday. I have serious joint and muscle pain. When I get up from a sitting position my legs shake. I can barely walk. I’m itchy every where. My hair is falling out in clumps. My dr said I’m having a serious fibromyalgia flare up….? I don’t know. I’m waiting for my referral to se the rheumatologist

My symptoms just got worse in general.. I’ve been had fibromyalgia for 6 years and last October everything just got significantly worse..

Muscle cramps for me. And nothing has helped so far.

I get total body flares. My thighs are the worst. They ache so bad I just lay there and cry. I try to rub them but that doesn’t help. They say to move around and exercise. That doesn’t work for me. It just gets worse.

My joints get stabbing pains for my regular flareups, but when things are very bad and I haven't had enough sleep, I typically will get a weird reaction in my arms that makes my skin painful to touch, like an invisible sunburn. It's my least favorite symptom by far.

This! My fibro has been so bad this year. There are days I just want to crawl under the bed and cry. And hub lost his job so I don't have health insurance and can't see a Dr. and stress is killing me. I was using gabapentin and Zanaflex and it was working well for the past few years. Not so much now. I am supplementing with clove oil in vitamin e oil as a topical for my aches. I cannot take NSAIDs anymore so ibuprofen is a no go but it used to be my go to. I would try for disability if I could afford to stop working! I think I might not have a choice soon though, I am already having mobility issues that are terrifying.
