Anyone else struggle to differentiate between fibro fatigue and depression fatigue? Lately I have been so exhausted and it feels like the depression and fibro just feed off each other and keep getting worse and I’m fatigued no matter what. Anyone have any experience with this or any advice?

I think that those fatigues are connected. When I started taking meds for anxiety I felt it also improved my fibromyalgia.

Your fm might actually be worse than it usually is *because* of the depression. At least for me and what Ive noticed out of personal experience. Get ahold of that depression. Find support, talk, connect with others and dont ever isolate. A good support circle is what will make all the diffence. I hope you start feeling better soon!! much love

absolutely. i don’t have any advice really, but my take is that either way i’m exhausted and i need a break. or a redbull lol.
I completely feel this. I try to work on my depression at that point. It's the easier one to get under control for me. And after a while it'll get better and the fibro follows
I have been struggling with this myself- I hope you feel better soon 💕
