Feeling Zoned Out and Exhausted - Need Help!

I have chronic fatigue syndrome and PoTs and notice that those tend to cause extra sleepiness and hot flashes in me. I see you have EDS. It may be worth mentioning those at your next appointment. Unfortunately, a lot of these illnesses go hand in hand when it comes to EDS. something I have to help my sleepiness is vitamin b-12. But that will likely only help you if you have a deficiency. And for the hot flashes, I have adhesive cooling patches that i can stick on my forehead, and I have an Embr Wave. The Ember is pretty pricey, but has been very worth it to me so far.
