Feeling Weak and Worried About My Health

Not a question just whining. I feel so weak today. yesterday all I did was spend two hours at the eye doctor than the hospital for more blood work. Now they are testing for Myeloma. I am also having trouble breathing I assume from allergies. I did my Navage and all the other allergy meds.

Take the feeling of sweetness in and enjoy. Having a bond with a furbaby is a great way to ease off yourself from the stress of the unknown. Focus on your day to day and try to relax. You are allowed to take it easy on yourself.

It's very hard to always try for the upbeat attitude and chronic illness. Sometimes yes, you just need to throw a pity party. I've read lots of patient stories about how great it is to focus on the best of stuff- then just one more about roses and Bluejays and I'm throwing the computer out the window! Enough happiness and sunshine already, I just need to batch a little. Giving into it sometimes is exactly what I need to crawl back out and start again. It's MS, and it isn't for sissies. The occasional crybaby, sure, but not for sissies!
