Feeling Trapped in a Toxic Relationship

Sometimes I feel like sh!t because of how my boyfriend treats me. He says he loves me and then turns around and does some other sh!t, sometimes I want out of the relationship because I know that this is incredibly toxic, but there are things holding me back from it.

I was in this situation until I was able to communicate with my fiance we have almost been together for 3 years and we have been through a lot together communication is #1 in a relationship

I was in your situation until my ex broke up with me himself. Took me a long time to realize that he wasn't the right person for me, and I wish I broke up with him first but I was always extremely anxious over it. I hope that you feel better because it's really easy to get stuck in a toxic relationship, and if you want to break up with him I wish you luck.
