Yes, I’ve been told I’m “sensitive”… However, I’m learning to prioritize my own happiness through being more mindful. Sometimes I feel “extra” when in proximity to someone else’s drama. It’s hard, the emotional growth we do is not commonly taught, and therefore harder because we encounter emotional immaturity ALL THE TIME, which is not the same as sensitivity. The hard part for me is I don’t want to lose my powerful empathy, but I need to protect my heart❤️
