I am tired, and I am tired of being tired. What gives you energy or makes you feel full/whole?

@ChickenCraze my therapist says to just give myself 2 tasks every day. Make your bed and go for a short walk. Anything else you do is extra and if you don't do anything but those things, that's totally ok. Makes me feel better when my house is a mess and there are no clean dishes but at least I made my bed.:p
To be honest not a whole lot. And what makes it worse is that I am anemic. I am very low on iron which makes it very hard to wake up and get going in the morning.
Nothing, really. I have a journal that has a basic needs check off chart. It has stuff like brush teeth, shower, clean for 10 minutes, go outside... It's sad how many days nothing gets checked off.
@ChickenCraze honestly I think this is one of my biggest pet peeves whenever I try to build a habit tracker. Seeing the unfinished tasks drains me even more. Personally, if there's something I need to get done I'll tell someone, even if it's just my dog or my plants. If I tell them, I feel more obligated to finish it.
