@guppysoup i think it might be depression related for me. i had a sleep study and they said nothing was wrong and diagnosed me with idiopathic hypersomnia (meaning i’m tired for no reason and naps don’t help)

Yep, almost all the time! 😅 But my docs and I are pretty sure it’s ADHD/Anxiety/Autism burnout

I feel tired all the time but can’t just sleep to save my life. I feel the same way when I wake up. I think that’s fatigue. Fatigue usually doesn’t improve with sleep

Kindykat, I have not! I always assume my fatigue comes from my many conditions since they say it’s a symptom of them though it’s one of my worst. Do you recommend looking into it?

I definitely would! It definitely could be that

I found out I actually have sleep apnea! So it's playing a big role in my fatigue levels. Still waiting on the backorder of the CPAP machines so I can get to feeling better.

@oblivesce i’m so happy you found a solution :) my dad has sleep apnea and he says his CPAP works really well, i hope it brings you plenty of energy

yes all the time. for me at times I can stay awake all night and next day and be fine then I'll crash then all I want to do is sleep and sleep and sleep. it's really annoying. one thing I've learned is even if you don't feel tired lay down and just rest it's OK if you dont sleep but just resting and letting your mind have a break really helps. if you feel your mind having rapid thoughts sit up and look at a book, your phone is ok as long as you turn your blue light off because the blue light stimulates your brain 🧠

Yea this is All day, Every day . . . But it comes with the particular territory I'm in (CKD/ESRD and the required Hemodialysis)

All the time. It’s from my fibromyalgia. Constant fatigue is my worst symptom.

I also have Idiopathic Hypersomnia. I also have sleep apnea and fibromyalgia. I recently found out I have fibromyalgia. I wear a smart watch and learned I get barely any deep sleep which is the cycle that helps you wake up feeling refreshed and restores your body. I believe if I can get more deep sleep it will help the fatigue.

@QueenVEY a lot of anti depressants actually prevent you from reaching REM
