Feeling Terrible with This Illness
anybody else notice that when you are ill everything seems to hurt a lot more than usual currently have this illness that's going around and every part of my body seems to hurt 100 times more and medications don't seem to be helping ðŸ˜

Yup, that's kinda normal with Fibro. One of the key things that is going on, is that your central nervous system is confused. Something brushing on your arm can feel more like you've been punched. The same with any other sensations - all heightened if you're not getting the deep restorative sleep to reset things.
