Feeling Terrible on Ovulation Day

Does anyone else feel like crap on ovulation day? I feel exhausted, nauseous, achy, and jittery. I always feel like this on ovulation day, it’s so annoying and I don’t understand why.

Oh my goodness. I feel the same way I have been having headaches, endometriosis trouble, eye burning, and overall not doing well.

I get headaches, very sharp pain, bad cramps, and spotting. My breasts usually hurt pretty bad as well

I haven’t found anything that helps me I usually just rest as much as I can…snuggle up with my heating pad, and try to distract myself.

Yea, I feel depressed too . I also have had cysts burst during ovulation. I can’t take birth control anymore because of the high risk of stroke and the migraine side effects. Super fun. Does anything help with yours ?
