what to do when I don't know what to do or have no energy to do anything?

This happens to me often. NEVER force yourself to do anything because that will just make you even more tired. I just take it one step at a time and take frequent breaks in between. The breaks go from minutes to hours. But I will wait as long as it takes until I’m ready to move on.

If you have to do things like personal hygiene and basic functions like cleaning, eating, etc. Go by it little by little, take breaks frequently and don't push yourself too much. I don't know what this is referring to specifically but like when you go to the bathroom, try to brush your teeth after washing your hands. If it's cleaning related; just pick up as you go, no need to do everything at once. If it's literally even getting out of bed, try to stretch frequently, make sure you have water near and maybe have some small tasks, like to get or prepare a snack. Have water filled near you to sip on. Try to clean yourself when you can even if it's body part by body part, focusing on my important areas first. Small things can lead to gradual recovery. I recommend if it gets too hard get a support and talk to your doctor. As I don't know if it can be something for you that's more physical than mental. You got this! Be kind to yourself and good luck!
