I’m really struggling with, well, everything right now. I’m unhappy with so many different parts of my life, but feel stuck in the same spots between my various illnesses and all that comes with them. Can anyone relate? Any tips for breaking through these feelings or even making changes despite it feeling so impossible?

For me I have been making myself schedules of the day and allow myself to have 3-4 choices of what to do every hour. If I have the energy I can do more than one or if I do it later I will also cross it out. It is very difficult to feel like you have control so finding even the smallest things and growing from there can be a great step. I struggle with this often BUT to struggle is fine. Work with it. It is like lifting weights! You just need to start with a little weight and work your way up. 💕
I do not have FM, but as for Autism and PTSD, I can only suggest what I have learned thus far, which is self care and holding those boundaries in place❤️ Hang in there.
