i've been so stressed out and idk why and im getting annoyed at everything and everyone and i feel bad . its also been very hard for me to get out of bed which seems easy but its not.

I feel that for sure. When you feel angry take a few deep breaths. And get out of bed I know it's hard but do a few jumping jack, some pushups, and some squats and kill the day you've got this!
