i still feel pretty overwhelmed with school, even though i’ve lessened my workload and added stuff to make things easier for myself. i don’t want to have to go home after a long day and work for over an hour almost every day. i am pretty sure i am pretty burnt out and have been for a long time now. it’s so tough trying to find my sweet spot of how hard to work and stuff, especially when i am not even sure that said sweet spot even exists. any advice or other support for me with this?

      Or you could take the workload into chunks like twnetny minutes working twenty minutes off

      Hi there. Sorry to hear you are feeling burnt out. I suggest doing a few things everyday that can relax you to keep you grounded whether that be taking a walk, making art , listening to music taking a nap. Doing little things or rewards for yourself everyday might combat that stressful workload.
