It feels like every day I learn something new is “wrong” with me. I know I’m doing better than I used to because I Know this stuff would have effected me much more and much worse when I was younger. But it still feels so overwhelming.

      I understand this completely, to a point where I didn't want to be diagnosed with anything anymore. It all started feeling like too much but it's very rare for someone who deals with mental health struggles only get one diagnosis 😥
