Feeling Overwhelmed by Life's Challenges

I get ECT done every week and my doctor sends a LYFT to get me to and from my appointments. I no longer drive due to Multiple Sclerosis.

🙏 when I was younger and a single mom of four, I struggled to get by without any family's help. I learned how to use the bus to get to doctor's appointments and the grocery store. My family had their own issues to deal with and my needs were secondary. I understand that my family has no obligation to take care of me while I'm an adult, but, it doesn't excuse the fact that they could have helped me in a lot of situations where they chose not to. Look to your social services and find out what is available there to help you get to your appointment. Good luck!🤗
