Feeling Overwhelmed and Hopeless

Are you in physical pain? Is that why you feel like you cant go on? What’s making jt hard to keep going?

The best thing to do in my experience is to distract yourself with something that you enjoy doing, like when I start my spirals I follow a safety plan, let my friends and family or call the hotline so they know what's going on, and draw or go on a walk, etc. Everything that happens only makes you stronger (cheesy, but true) nothing can stop the amazing person you are, no matter how hard the world or people try they will fail and you will be victorious.
