Feeling Overwhelmed and Exhausted

Anyone else feel like living is a chore? I don't really have to do much as is but everything feels like it's so much. Most of the time I don't take my meds properly bc I keep forgetting that they exist. I just want it all to stop rn, just let me rest. I'm in the middle of moving too so.

Hi, I think that what will help you the most is to take your meds properly, their purpose in the end is to help you cope with life in a better way. I would also forget all the time and in the end, I made reminders on my phone that wouldn't stop ringing until I didn't take my medicine. I also scattered the medication in all many different places, in my bag, in the shower, etc. So that even if I'm not at home, I would be able to take them. Have you tried setting a daily reminder on your phone?

Yes it’s been over 10 years and feel like I need a break. I don’t take my meds properly either. I tried to see how long I could go without taking my meds and I lasted 4 days.
