Feeling Overwhelmed and Exhausted

I am so overwhelmed and I’m close to my breaking point. Why do everyone come to me for everything and I do mean everything?! I am so tired of thinking my head is about to explode and I’m having undesirable thoughts.

You’re not going to reach out until you reach your breaking point. If you have an iPhone go into the settings / focus / personal. Set it up to where only your parents/partner/kids/or really important people can get through. Set this up to auto turn on around dinner time. Breathe eat calm bathe. Then set up bed time. If you have a partner who is responsible have their phone be the point of emergency contact and set your phone to do not disturb. If you don’t just allow the very important people through.

Im sorry youre going through this. Sounds like people like you and can count on you. Maybe you struggle with healthy boundaries and telling people no? We can't help others if we don't help ourselves. When a plane is going down they tell you to put your mask on before you help others. It sounds like your plane is going down and you need to put your mask on. Easier said than done, I know.
