First things first, take a moment and BREATHE! Deep breathe. Second take things in small doses... 5 mins here and 10 mins there... with short breaks in between. This is all stuff I've done in dealing with anxiety and being overwhelmed. Try the 5 minute challenge ... do what ever it is that needs to get done for 5 minutes...if you can't continue after 5 mins, stop and go do something else. If you feel like you want to keep going; keep going! Hopefully these few tips will get ya started! Maybe look up DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) it's where alot of this comes from. :)

Can you de clutter ur room? Im in the process and its already starting to help a lot with that overwhelming/overstimulating feeling and vibe. I also light sage when its super bad for me and that personally helps a lot

With being overwhelmed and overstimulated in my own room, i often just climb into the covers (weighted blanket preferred), put my headphones on and turn the lights off and close my eyes, and just try to think happier, calmer thoughts, or about my special interest/hyperfixation at the time. That's what calms me down fastest. I use music as an outlet, and something to ground me. Noise cancelling is amazing. I always try to break down my anxiety to see what the route is and if i can do anything to help it. If its something I can't change or prevent, I often just try to think positive or just hunker down and wait until the episode passes. Best of luck, I hope you feel better soon man.
