Feeling Off: Weakness, Hot Flashes, and Heart Palpitations

Towards the end of tonight, I started feeling “off” like weak, hot flashes, my face feels flushed, and my heart feeling weird. I’ve felt this way before but idk what causes it. Any body know?

If I’m in a bad flare, especially a (Reactivating Infection) Epstein-Barr Flare-Up, I too experience greater symptoms in the evening (including flushing, but also may be bc Temp also generally spikes higher ar night during these times)?

Syncope??? Maybe? Not sure but sounds similar to my cousins symptoms and that’s what she was diagnosed with. If your heart is feeling strange push for EKG and such. Better to look and find nothing than not to and it b something
