is it wrong to feel nothing for anyone even My family I just go completely numb for days sometimes even weeks and no one understands that it's not personal

I death with 18 years in a abusive marriage and the emotional instability that came from that I try not to let it effect my son I've tryed to talk to him and make sure he's good but he just blows it off like no big deal I think so that could go both ways

Nope not wrong at all , family should know u have a problem and can't help it , but not all family are good ppl , iv lost alot of family cause they think I hate the world when it's the opposite , I love helping others and meeting new ppl it's just not reality and my reality is sad and lonely

Thanks sometimes the lack of emotions come off to others that im not ok I've been single for 4 years now after my wife left my son and me it's all good that she and I separated but I also sometimes wonder if the lack of my emotional instability could be passed down to my son after he sees how I am it's not him that I want to see hurting from this even if I can't hurt

I don't think it's wrong, I mean you can't help it, you're not actively forcing yourself to feel indifference towards them. The same happens to me, but it ranges from talking a lot & being overly loving, to indifference, to being irritated by every word they speak.
