I don't have a job, I just broke up with my boyfriend, I left my daughter with my mom, I don't do drugs, I sleep a lot and read a lot but I am tired all the time, I have nausea all the time, I can barely eat because everything triggers my nausea even swiping through social media. I have 2 jobs lined up and I am so nervous.

It must feeling draining, what can you do for yourself to recharge . Maybe you need to give yourself a break, a walk daily, setting time for yourself to read, or draw , just sometome every day even if its just 30 min.

it's not about recharging myself or taking a break. I've had plenty of breaks lately. I'm not overworked or anything...just dealing with stuff in my life right now. Too many things to explain. 🤷🏽‍♀️
