Feeling Lost and Alone

No, I feel like I got caught in the wind and blown away without being missed. So strange to be so alone and yet never alone.

I think it's easy to get caught up in how huge the universe is and just how many people there are out there. Sometimes though you have to sort of zoom in to your surroundings again and see what's around you too. There's a ton of people who feel the exact same way and are feeling overwhelmed and lonely. But even sand has a localized group of other sand to lean on. It's all about finding ways to connect. Whether that be through a hobby, tv show, support group, community centre class, there's countless opportunities. You aren't alone no matter how lonely life can feel sometimes.

Sometimes, but even then I consider myself lucky to still be a grain in the grand beach we call life
