I also found out recently, as an adult…. All you can really do (as cliché as it sounds) is live and learn. Research how to handle specific symptoms that bother you. If you have to, see a specific autism specialist. I do advise you be very careful who you see tho, they’re not all good. And, ofc, you can always ask for advice here!
