Struggling with Isolation: Missing My Kids

When you have kids, it's hard to stay away from them. If they're not going to school, it's better because there's less risk of getting sick. But even if you're not around people who are sick, the virus can still make your immune system weaker, which means you could get sick more easily if someone in your family gets sick.

it is all about assessing the risks, control and doing as much as possible to reduce the infection risks. 👍

I'm sticking to isolation mode at home, only getting out for some quick walks . Figured it's better to play it safe. A mate of mine had a mild brush with covid and was fine, but then, shockingly, a friend's friend caught a severe form and sadly didn't make it. It's a stark reminder of what we're all up against these days
