Feeling Isolated with EUPD/BPD and Other Health Issues

I really struggle to fit in. I just don't belong anywhere. Having eupd/bpd amongst other health issues is just so isolating, especially when no one understands.

I have a very caring partner who does their best to understand, but I still feel very alone at times. Dealing with mental and physical illness seems to make it more difficult. So I understand feeling this way. Do the people in your life try and understand?

Mood disorders mixed with physical illnesses are a super awful combo. I have that spicy mixture, myself. It gets terribly lonely sometimes. Especially when one lacks social skills, such as myself. I always hold onto the thought that the tides will always eventually turn and the negative thoughts will ease with them.

There are plenty of people that understand, you just have to find them 💕

it be so much better if just 1 family member understood. Its frustrating and upsetting that they won't even do a little Google search just to get a little just of it
