Feeling Irritated Around People

I feel this to my core. My husband thinks I don't like one of his acquaintances because I go out of my way to avoid him but I've been in burnout for about a year and any little thing can set me off. My husband and my best friend are about the only 2 people I've been able to fully tolerate and it's not that I don't like his acquaintance. I just don't feel like I have the capacity to deal with his personality.

Could it be sensory overload?

I'm liked this kind of I've noticed when someone does obsessive talking to me non stop, it makes me want to snap on them , idk why though
