Feeling Inadequate and Paranoid

i feel like my dad is watching me through my camera screen sometimes or that my neighbor is looking at me though the walls or something, but aside from that i do kind of feel a presence watching me sometimes and i have to clean up to make sure it doesn’t think less of me
