Feeling Ignored and Alone

It doesn't really get better it just gets easier, you just have to push through you have plenty of people who care about you right here ❤️

I dont know what is bothering you, but i know what it feels like to have your emotions/thoughts/feelings/beliefs/experiences belittled and even out right turned against you by someone who knows how to twist words to their own advantage... I know it feels so hard in the moment, and sometimes you find yourself staring down this seemingly endless tunnel of pain or despair...but from what I have found, there are small flames to light your way. Sometimes, we try to see those lights in people we want to be them, rather then the people who really are them. Make the hard choices for your own mental, emotional, and health safety, even if that means closing the door on someone/s you always thought would be in your life. *hug* You need to be your #1 priority. Your thoughts, your emotions, and everything you feel matters and is valid.
