Feeling Hopeless About My Future

I have been feeling down and out as well. My oldest daughter will be engaged soon which I’m ecstatic about!! However, she is moving out of the house May 15…and I have imbalance/dizziness issues. My younger daughter is special need’s and can have difficult behaviors. My daughter’s are very close ( hard adjustment for us both!!) Yes, I know I’m lucky she will be 45 mins from me in same state but me not driving makes me feel so handicapped 😭😭😭!! I feel always stuck at 🏡! If I drive it’s only locally about 15 mins farthest distance. I have major anxiety about driving as well even on days I do drive which isn’t often. I would rely on my daughter to do errands with her. I just can’t believe my life turned upside down like this over 3 1/2 years ago!!
