I've been soooo exhausted the last week for no particular reason. I'm taking my regular pills, living my regular life, eating my regular food but I feel an urge to sleep so much more. advice?

Honestly I relate to this. I feel like a lot of the exhaustion comes from subconscious thoughts. Also sometimes we don’t think about it, but we feel that being on top of everything will keep us balanced. But sometimes that ends up just burning us out and we don’t even know it. I found that sometimes taking a break, while staying on top of my medication is good for me. Or sometimes finding a way to inspire yourself even if it’s only for a little bit. Sometimes I watch documentaries, or look at art. It sounds dumb, but it usually gets your brain thinking and takes your mind off of focusing on every little thing to keep yourself in check. It’s seriously can be exhausting to take your medication every day, and go to sleep, and drink water, and keep your thoughts a check

i've felt the same way lately. Remember that it's okay to be stressed/tired even if you dont feel like you should, just when you have time take the rest you need and try your best to fit things you enjoy into your day :)

hi! 💗 any emotional stressors going on? different sleep schedule/sleeping too long? hormonal? burnout? could be a lot of things, but just being aware often helps me a ton. could just be random and will go away! only things i can think of are maybe introduce even healthier things into your diet as well as more exercise, or talking to a loved one. hope this helps!
