Feeling Exhausted and Overwhelmed Today

Right here. ✋ It takes an act of Congress for me to get my tail up and about. Work is finally forcing me to take the mandatory five days off, probably not a bad thing since I have some cleaning to do and need to rest.

Your definitely not alone. For the past 2 weeks I been having to force myself to get out of bed and force myself to do the things I need to do.

For me, it's slightly better today than it has been; but that could absolutely be because I'm off work today. 🤷🏽

Yes, my anxiety is up and I can feel the depression trying to pull me under completely. It's so hard to even take care of myself.

Yes it's so hard to get through the day I've been living off caffeine and music

Between my mental health issues and physical issues, it is a battle to make myself go to work everyday. There are some days I stay in bed and sleep the day away....
