Feeling Exhausted All the Time: Is It Laziness or Depression?

I am so exhausted all the time. Like I get up for the day and can’t make it past 2. I feel like I’m getting a decent amount of sleep at night. Usually this means my depression is getting worse but I just feel like I’m lazy. Does that make sense?

Do you find the Spring weather makes you more tired? Could be seasonal allergies

Yes makes a lot of sense’ if I am active for one or two days then on the third day I could sleep forever! The meds in the morning help a lot, the Effexor works for mr

So psychology actually affects our bodies more than most people realize. Like the more stress on your system the harder everything else has to work. I am the same way - was just diagnosed with pcos finally / I'd make sure there isn't somthing else going on for that reason. ♡

I'm having a bad time with my anxiety and depression. I have fibromyalgia. The fatigue from that is bad enough, but with the depression it's much worse...I can't seem to stay awake today. I know it's partly an avoidance thing..I am on 3 medications for depression/anxiety and I see a therapist. I find that leaving the house is increasingly more difficult also...ugh!

I feel exhausted almost every day where I could sleep the day away or just sit here and not move for hours
